AS Tallinna Vesi signs direct agreement with an apartment association or an authorized representative of the apartment owners. This is, if your property does not have an apartment association nor community of the apartment owners, then it must be formed before the agreement can be signed. If you are served by a facilities administrator and you do not have a Service Agreement signed with AS Tallinna Vesi, please submit you application to sign a direct agreement by e-mail: tvesi@tvesi.ee. We will start billing from 0, provided that your property has no debts to the facilities administrator that serves the property.

In order to sign the Service Agreement, connection point between the property pipes and public water supply and sewerage pipes must be fixated. For the apartment owner, this is very expensive. Also, it would be complicated to arrange, control and measure the consumption in that case. Therefore, AS Tallinna Vesi signs agreement with the apartment association or the authorized representative of the apartment owners, and the consumption is measured from the general water meter.

AS Tallinna Vesi issues one bill per property. Apartment association or authorized representative of property owners will then split this between the owners, according to the amount of water supply and sewerage services consumed. In case some of the property owners do not pay their part for the services, responsibilty for the debt lays jointly with all property owners.

Subscribing for the bills to be sent to your e-mail address is very simple. For this, please complete the apllication here.

1. Settlement is calculated as a difference between the summer and winter period. This means that you have to report your water meter readings as set in the contract and, if needed, additionally taken as of 30.09. In case the billing period does not match the summer gardening water settlement period and we have not received your readings taken as of 31.03 and 30.09, the settlement will be calculated for the billing period that falls into summer period. For a customer, this will mean settlement for a shorter period of time. In case the start and/or end reading for summer period has been reported, the settlement will be calculated based on the readings reported.
2. Settlement is calculated according to the reading of the additional water meter installed by us. All the costs related to that water meter will be covered by customer according to the pricelist. Main and additional water meter readings must be reported according to the billing period set in the contract.

In order to receive a settlement for gardening water, please complete and submit the application for the settlement for gardening water. In case you have already submitted this application in previous years, you do not need to submit it again. In case you send the application by e-mail (tvesi@tvesi.ee), please be sure to attach the application in PDF-format. You may also send it by mail, to the address: Ädala 10, Tallinn 10614, or you can complete it in our Self Service environment.

Yes, you can. Water meter will be installed by AS Tallinna Vesi, all the costs related to that will be covered by the customer according to the valid price list. Readings of the main and additional water meters must be reported according to the billing period set in the contract.

Every customer can subscribe for a reminder about paying the bill and/or reporting the water meter reading. In case you have subscribed for such service, the reminder is sent automatically, even if you have already paid the bill by that time.

In case you no longer wish to receive the reminders, you can unsubscribe from this service in our Self Service environment. You may also send your wish to us by e-mail: tvesi@tvesi.ee.

According to the Service Contract, water meter readings must be reported even if there is no actual water consumption. In case there is no consumption, you can arrange a payment plan. With that, you would only submit your water meter reading once a year. Read more...

We will issue an estimated bill, in case the actual water meter reading has not been reported to us on time set in the contract. This means that we issue a bill for the reading calculated based on the last 12 months average water consumption. Estimated bill may not reflect the actual consumption. To correct the estimated bill, please report us your actual water meter reading.

To avoid receiving an estimated bill, please report your actual water meter reading up to 5 days before or on the 5th day after the set billing period, by the latest.

In case you do not wish to report the readings, we suggest you arrange a Payment Plan. With that, you would only need to report your water meter reading once a year. Throughout the year, you will pay for the water and sewer services on a monthly or quarterly basis, according to the average consumption set in the Payment Plan. Read more about the Payment Plan...

Connection Contract is signed with the property owner or possessor prior to the very first connection of property pipes with the public water supply and/or sewerage system, in order to use these services in the future. Read more...
