The quality of drinking water is very good in Tallinn and tap water is excellent for quenching a thirst. In 2011, 99.66% of the water samples taken from customer taps were compliant with the legal quality standards. This is the best ever result of the Company in terms of water quality which is well comparable to the drinking water quality in Western Europe.

Wastewater treatment at Paljassaare plant contributes significantly to the creation of a pure environment for the Baltic Sea. Since 2006 Tallinn is no longer included in the Helcom list of hotspots. This has been an excellent recognition of our investments made in the continuous improvement of our wastewater treatment process.

Bill is issued based on the water meter reading that you have reported. Bill can be paid:

in our Self Service environment
at our Customer Service office, Ädala 10 (bank credit cards accepted)
at Eesti Post post offices
with direct debiting. Together with the bank, we will make sure that your bill is paid on time – on the due date, the bill will be paid automatically, by debiting the respective sum from your bank account. Direct debit service is free of charge and the contract can be signed in the bank office or through the Internet Bank environment.
