- by phone: 62 62 200. You can report your reading 24hrs a day, by pressing 1.

Why should I choose a Payment Plan and how does it work?
By choosing a Payment Plan, you will only report your water meter reading once a year. Throughout the year, you will pay according to the average conumption set in the Payment Plan. In the end of the billing period you will report your water meter reading, based on which the consumption and billing will be corrected. As a rule, we do not issue the bills, but may do so if you wish.
Who can use the Payment Plan?
Payment Plan suits best for a private customer who clears accounts with us based on one water meter reading. Payment Plan is also for instance small offices. Payment Plan is signed for 12 months. Unless a new plan is arranged, the main contract will stay in force after the Payment Plan has come to an end.
Requirements for arranging a Payment Plan are:
- your actual water meter reading for the last month has been reported
- your consumption history is at least 12 months
- you have signed a standard contract. If there is none, we will renew the contract.
