Niall Patrick Mills

Niall Patrick Mills was nominated as a candidate for a Supervisory Council member by OÜ Utilitas and was appointed on 12/04/2021. His term as Supervisory Council member runs until 11/04/2027 (incl.).

Niall Mills is the managing partner of the global infrastructure investments business at First Sentier Investors and sits on the EDIF I, II & III and GDIF investment committees. Niall Mills currently sits on the boards of companies owned by the aforementioned funds, including Anglian Water Group.

Niall Mills holds a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School, a Diploma in Company Directorship from the Institute of Directors, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from Sheffield Hallam University.

He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
