How to get connected to the water supply system?
Read about how to connect- 1
Find a designer and apply for technical specifications from us.

Order a design and approve it with us.
- 3
Apply to connect. We will then tender for the construction contract.
- 4
Sign a connection contract and pay the connection fee.
- 5
The contractor constructs the connection point and lays pipes on your property.
- 6
Once construction is complete, we will install the water meter and sign a service contract with you.
The property or house is getting a new owner?
If ownership changes, an application must be submitted to terminate the service. However, the water meter will not be removed if the new owner submits an application to sign a contract within seven days.

We have installed smart meters in over 80% of our customers' homes. Monthly billing is made more convenient for you, as you no longer need to submit your water readings. Smart meters transmit data quickly and accurately.

With a smart meter, you can keep track of how much water you use. It also gives important information about leaks, helping us to save clean drinking water.
