Stable profitability and business environment
We operate in the regulated water services sector. This means that a regulated business model ensures a stable and predictable cash flow even in changing economic conditions.
Solid dividend payer
Our dividend policy aims to give investors greater clarity for the future. The company's dividend policy aims to distribute 50–80% of its annual profit as dividends to shareholders. Each year, we decide the amount of dividends to be paid, based on the company's earnings, investment needs, liquidity position and long-term financial goals.
Focus on sustainability and service continuity
We consistently invest in infrastructure rehabilitation and green solutions to ensure continuity of vital services and resilience to climate change.
Strong ownership structure
The largest shareholders of the company are the City of Tallinn (55.06%) and OÜ Utilitas (20.36%), which gives confidence in its long-term strategic direction and stability.

General Meeting and meetings with investors
Our shareholders exercise their voting rights at the Annual General Meeting. The meeting approves the annual report, decides on the distribution of profits and discusses matters relating to the management of the company and committees. All notices and materials related to the General Meeting are published on our website and are available to all.
We hold webinars each quarter to present our financial results. These are open to all shareholders, analysts and other interested parties. On these webinars, Tallinna Vesi representatives share information about the company and its financial results. This allows for interactive communication and gives the opportunity to ask the company's board members questions directly. The webinars are held in English.
