We can provide a safe solution for any work planned on your property that requires a temporary interruption to the water supply. Our service allows to turn off the water and turn it on again, so that the work can be done safely and without worries.

We’ll make sure that the water supply is protected during the work and will be available again afterwards without problems, so you will always have access to fresh water without having to worry about it.

How does the service work?

• Please give us at least two business days' notice. This will allow us to plan and agree on the work.

• The outside stop valve is only closed and opened by our employee, not by the customer. That way, we’ll avoid potential leaks and inconveniences.

• The outside stop valve must be accessible and visible. It must not be located under the pavement.

Responsibility and safety

• We are responsible for operating the water network up to the connection point (incl. the outside stop valve).

• The property owner is responsible for the pipes and water network on the property, including the safety and maintenance during the work.

• Please observe all safety precautions and ensure that the location where the water is turned off remains accessible throughout the work.
