Priit Rohumaa

Priit Rohumaa was elected as an independent member of the Supervisory Council at the AGM on 01/06/2017. His term as Supervisory Council member was extended at the AGM on 03/06/2021 and runs until 03/06/2027 (incl.).

Priit Rohumaa has many years of managerial experience in the Estonian oil shale sector. He held a number of managerial positions at Viru Keemia Grupp, first as Chief Financial Officer and subsequently as Chairman of the Management Board from 2000 to 2015.

Priit Rohumaa is the Chairman of the Council of Ekspress Grupp, member of the Council of Admiral Markets Group and member of the Management Board of European Business Angel Network (EBAN).

Priit Rohumaa does not own any shares in Tallinna Vesi.
