Silver Tamm

Silver Tamm was nominated as a candidate for a Supervisory Council member of Tallinna Vesi by the City of Tallinn, and was elected on 13/01/2022. His term as Supervisory Council member runs until 13/01/2028.

Silver Tamm is the Financial Director of the City of Tallinn. He started working for the City of Tallinn in 2001 as an analyst in the Treasury Department, and has served as the Financial Director since 2022, overseeing the Financial Services of the City. The Financial Services oversee the entire financial management of the city, including its budget process and cash management, and organise the economic accounting and financial reporting of the city and its institutions. The Financial Services also manage the city's public procurement activities.

Silver Tamm has a bachelor’s degree in modelling economic processes from the University of Tartu, and has participated in various professional and leadership development programmes.

Silver Tamm does not own any shares in Tallinna Vesi.
