Wastewater Treatment Plant Open Doors Day 2026

We invite you to visit the Paljassaare wastewater treatment plant on Friday, June 5 as part of the Estonian Water Companies Association’s Open Doors Day!

At the Open Day, visitors will have the opportunity to see firsthand how wastewater from Tallinn and its surrounding areas is thoroughly treated before being returned to nature. The event is free of charge for all interested participants!

We welcome adults and schoolchildren accompanied by an adult to join the tour.

At 15:00 to 16:00 there will be one tour in English, register HERE.

The tour will take place at the Paljassaare Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at Paljassaare põik 14.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the tour, as late arrivals unfortunately cannot be accommodated.

Please bring a valid identification document with you. The tours take place outdoors, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for the weather conditions.

Due to construction work in the area, traffic has been redirected via Paagi Street. Please follow the directional signs.
