We follow good business ethics

Commitment to high standard of business ethics is one of the core values of AS Tallinna Vesi Group. In everyday business, we expect our employees, shareholders, customers and partners to follow the principles of business ethics set forth in the Group’s Code of Conduct.

The Code of Conduct also provides guidance on reporting wrongdoing (whistleblowing). We encourage everyone to promptly report any observations or suspicions of deviations in the Group’s business activities.

The employees, shareholders and other parties cooperating with AS Tallinna Vesi and third parties can report their suspicions concerning incidents of unethical conduct via various channels. Each matter reported will be analysed. The system of reporting and processing the information ensures the security, confidentiality and anonymity, if requested by the whistleblower.

Report a violation

Our activities are based on the principles of integrity and transparency, and we consider it important that our employees adhere to ethical values.

Through the whistleblowing form, it is possible to submit information about incidents that are not in accordance with good business practices and generally accepted moral standards.

The information submitted is forwarded only to an independent auditor who ensures confidentiality and full anonymity of the whistleblower, analyzes the information received, and provides Tallinn Water with a summary of the report without reference to the source of the information.

Direct Communication

Direct communication is very important, and Tallinn Water supports a relationship of trust between employees and management.
