Water use
- Reducing clean water loss by reducing leakages.
- Reducing the number of sewer blockages by 4%, compared to the 2020–2022 average.

- All environmental permits are in place and our actions or inactions do not cause environmental pollution.
- Reducing the number of properties not using wastewater services.
- Raising awareness among various stakeholders of our environmental actions to maintain and improve the company’s good reputation.
- Monitoring the quality of stormwater at the Lasnamäe water metering unit.
- Reducing the amount of waste and the resulting nuisance from the construction and rehabilitation of water and wastewater pipes by increasing the use of no-dig methods.
