We are the largest water utility in Estonia, providing water and wastewater services to almost a third of the population.
Life flows. Freshness we need to create.
We bring you the high-quality drinking water
Every day, we pump about 70,000 cubic metres of drinking water to the distribution network and take more than 3,000 water samples a year. A customer survey from 2025 shows that 89% of people living in Tallinn and its surrounding areas prefer tap water.

Freshness starts from responsibility
Impact on nature and the community
We are committed to ensuring that our high-quality water service is in tune with the rhythm of nature – sustainable, well thought-out and forward-looking. We invest in clean waters and the environment, operate in an energy-efficient way and with a low environmental impact, while keeping the price for the services affordable.
Contribution to environmental education
In addition to our core functions of producing drinking water and treating wastewater, we also believe that supporting environmental awareness and fostering a sense of responsibility within the community is important. We want to raise awareness and interest among young people in water and environmental care. So we open our doors and invite visitors to share our knowledge. We organise open days, guided tours and educational programmes focusing on water and the environment.
